Chaplain Danny "On-Line"
Founder and Ministry Consultant
This site has been developed by the staff
to give you a chance to meet a Chaplain
whose HEART is as BIG as the WORLD WIDE WEB!
He has faithfully served as Chaplain to the
Tulsa Police/Fire Chaplaincy Corp.(15+ yrs)
God gave him a vision for an intercessory prayer partner ministry in 1981.
This ministry would place prayer blankets over law enforcement officers
who are appointed by God in Romans 13 to serve, protect, and bring peace
to our land. This appointment comes with great risk to "self."
Chaplain Danny began to raise community awareness of
1 Timothy 2:1,2 (NLT) scriptures which clearly explain:
"I urge you, first of all, to pray for all people. As you make your requests, plead for God’s mercy
upon them, and give thanks. Pray this way for kings and all others who are in authority,
so that we can live in peace and quietness, in godliness and dignity."
By 1996, the ministry had expanded its vision to include ALL
law enforcement and First(Emergency)Responders.
This page is to glorify God for the wonderful miracles and blessings, for endurance,
deliverance, and peace of spirit
that falls upon the Peace Officers
and first responders, today - as a result of community prayer blankets
thrown over them in the heat
of summer and cold of winter.
We praise God for the humble "heart of a chaplain" who seeks
not praise of self - but praise,
thanks, encouragement, and uplifting
for the men and women who willingly "walk the point"
and become our "shields" and "our blessings."
The POLICE CHAPLAIN RIBBON & MEDAL above was designed
by Officer Fleischer, known as the Blue Knight,
who served in Windsor, Colorado.
The Chaplain's colors represent. . .
BLACK represents sin and the forces of evil;
BLOOD RED represents the blood of Christ
WHITE oodness and salvation;
The empty GOLD CROSS represents the risen Savior
and stands in the field of blood,
creating a path from sin to salvation;
The BLUE horizontal bar represents
law enforcement which protects us,
thus separating good from evil |
