I Recd your kind letter with Great Pleasure and my Dear Creature I am verry happy to hear such Comfortable words of kindness from you and Dear Mrs Brydon I sent to Mrs Smith and she have sent to my Little Dear Betsey as I used to call she and Mrs Hill likewise have sent but poor Little Thomas Could not send his love to his poor little Anty as he used to becs he is an school and little Betsey his sister with him ten Miles of from there Sir I hope you will Excuse me for not Riting more but God in heaven Bless you and send you a good voige and preserve and keep you from your Enemies by sea & land send you safe home to my Little dear Betsey and Dear Sir I shall Care for your safty more than you may think for pray give my kind Respects to yours for I love her Dearly and I shall think it Longue I see you bothe which I hope I shall if please God I wold have sent her something but I cannot tell what to send for a keep sake I hope she and you will Accept of our love - we are both quite well at present and Remain your well wisher till Death I see from your Ever loving father and mother
