The description of the property is given in Book 11 Page 170 Plot No 862. The land is the block between D and E St North, and 6th and 7th St East, and contains 220,010 square feet. It consists of two undivided fifths - one was conveyed from George Walker to James Bryden for $4000, 14 Sep 1801, Liber G No 7 Folio 285. The other was conveyed from Andrew Way Jr Nov 1818 Liber AN No 40 Folio 132.
