Rev Thomas Kinnersley

person:
- Rev Thomas Kinnersley married Elizabeth Mitford on January 3, 1710 at Our Lady of Aldermanbury, London.
- A sermon on Micah vi 6-8, lately preached by Rev Thomas Kinnersley at the chapel in the King's Bench Prison (London, 1718) – octavo in the British Museum, 4475 b.114.
- Thomas Kinnersley was tried for forgery in the Old Bailey, January 20 and 21, 1728/9. Reference in the trial is made to his home on Mansell
Street, Middlesex, and his wife and daughter living there. William Hales and Thomas Kinnersley, to stand together twice on the Pillory, once over against Fetter-Lane End in Fleet-Street, and once at the Royal-Exchange; the former to pay a Fine of 50 Marks, to suffer five Years Imprisonment,
and to give Security for his good Behaviour for 7 Years after: The latter to pay a Fine of 200 pounds. suffer two Years Imprisonment, and give Security for his good Behaviour for three Years after.
- Thomas Kinnersley died of a fever in Newgate Prison on April 7, 1729.
- Rev Thomas Kinnersley was buried 1729 at the Minories.
