On the morning of the ninth we went to HoHoHawks. It's
a fundraiser for the Lawrence Arts Center sponsored by the confederation
of sororities from the University of Kansas. We gave the kids money and
helped them fill out a shopping list of who they needed to buy gifts for
and then they were assisted by "elves" (sorority members) to go do their
own Christmas shopping. Everything was wrapped and tagged when they got
done so they get to keep their own Christmas secrets. After they finished
their shopping they got to visit Santa and get their picture taken.
