Ruthie knew the JOY of Jesus! She played praise music throughout the day and night.
She studied God's word with a child's delight! She lovingly reached out through numerous
ministries, especially those dedicated to helping children. She sponsored a little girl overseas and contributed to Smile of a Child. The spirit of Christ and Christmas were in her heart throughout the year.
She was my best friend and from the letters she left behind (that span many states including Alaska, she was the "best friend of many." She was a marvelous writer and my inspiration. I miss her deeply but I take my peace knowing she found her way home and waits with our Lord. Candlelight Psalms is dedicated to the memory of her teaching on unconditional love and unwavering faith ... She encouraged me to always listen fot the Lord's still small voice and to write it down... In His Service, Vonda |

IN THE HEART OF THE UNIVERSE In the Heart of the Universe tis there my God I'll meet And enter into peaceful rest, my life is now complete! Dear ones I love, please share the calm my spirit lives in peace. It waits alongside my dear Lord, till time He orders, "CEASE!" His message is the same as when I walked the earthly plain. The angels sing it joyfully and praise His loving name. Sparkling waters flow beside me crystal clear and full of life. My spirit soars so very high forever FREE from strife. Bless you my loves, for all the days you filled with memories sweet. Please don't forget it won't be long until the day we'll meet. In the center of this city that is awesome to behold, the sunshine of His spirit walks with us on streets of gold. My heart is healed forever and tears have ceased to fall. My blessing is eternal for responding to His call. So be patient! Do His bidding... and remember I still care. For when he comes to get you, you will see that I am there! Copyright 2002 Vonda R.
