This web site is dedicated to "Ruthie", one of God's lovely candlelighters who loved & lived to share the light of God's word and her love of Jesus with family, friends, and those she met throughout her life's journey.

She left for the eternal promise with her beloved Jesus in February 2004, but she left behind His messages of glory in wonderful stories, notes, testimonies and messages.

She was a "keeper of messages" from peoples hearts!

We pray that we may share some of these blessings with others.

The Candlestick,was a monthly newsletter of encouragement.   Ruthie spent many hours over the years in helping other candlelighters compose, print, and mail over 300 of these messages each month.   The letters went out to people in the U.S. and overseas.   As names were routed to us, the letters were sent into nursing homes, homebound people, prisoners, and the list continued to grow....Ruthie licked a lot of stamps!

The internet now makes it possible to continue her vision of service and it is designed to offer encouragement and faith by NEW candlelighters who desire to continue offering the eternal promises of Jesus.
