Welcome Page: Although the name of the site is National Commitee for Excellence in Science Education, and no actual names are given anyplace on the site, the address, telephone number, and email address given are Celtie Johnson's. This page also points out that they have "several versions" of the proposed science standards, which turn out to be both versions of the Willis CDC drafts, and a copy of the 5th draft of the science writing committee.
