the othersproceedings had the following
was had to wit.

Estate of M.V. Cardin, Decd.
#179. Last will and testament of. and admitted to probate and
ordered recorded; New on this day comes on the probation of the
last will and testament of M.V.Cardin, deceased, whereupon Lamar
Walker, and J.W.Hegans testimony was takened by the clerk, and
after said evidence by the clerk , the insturment is by the court
admitted to probate and ordered recorded , in compliance with the
laws in such cases made and provided for.

Know all men by these present that i Martin V. Cardin of Yell Co.
Arkansas, of und and dispesing memory, do make and publish this
my last Will and testament, have by revoking all former Will by me
at any time heretofore made. First; I hereby constitute and
appoint my wife Sarah Carden, to be my sole exectrix of this my
last will, directing my said executrix to pay all my just debts
and funural expenses and the legacies hereinafter given of my
estate. Second; After the payment of my just debts and funural
expenses i do hereby give said wife and executrix all of my
property both real and personal for and during her life time
with full power to sell and disperse of the said property as she
may see fit to do. Third; If my wife should survive me i desire
that she shall have and enjoy the rent and profits of my real estate
during her live time and at the date of her death i direct and desire
that my children, Nancy V. Cardin, Misouri Cardin, George W. Cardin,
Lafayett Carden and the children of my deceased son, Willis Carden,
Beckey Jane Phillips and Annie Inman shall share equally , share
and share alike, all my Real estate and to, and all the personal
property that may not be dispersed of by my said wife during her live
except the household goods which i will and direct shall be turned
over the said Beckey Jane Phillips and Annie Inman in equal parts as
their own property. Fourth; In the event the said Beckey Jane Phillips
and Annie Inman should abandon my house and home before the reach
the age of eighteen or until they are married then the property
herein willed to them shall be devided equally between my children
and grandchildren above mentioned, the said grandchildren to receive
only the part their father would have received in the event he were
alive, to wit, an euqal share with my said other children. Fifth;
I will and direct that my wife executrix shall at her own expense
pay all legal taxes assessed against said property during her live
time. In testimony whereof i hereunto set my hand and publish,declare
this to be my last will and testament in the presence of the
witnesses named below. This the 10th. day of September 1909.

Note__ This Will is very hard to read, some of the words are missing and
some i couldn't make out however, i copied it as near to my copy
of the will as i could. I notice some places he spells his surname
Carden, and in other places he spells it Cardin.
