In Memory of the Peace Officers, Military, Firefighters, Agents,
and All Emergency Response Teams Who Gave Their All to "Protect and Serve" and in so doing gave their lives in an effort to protect the citizens of this great land. We hold their ultimate sacrifice in gratitude as we recognize their courageous spirits when answering God's call of, "WHO WILL GO?" These responders faithfully stepped forward. Their mission field was a testimony of trials. Only God knows the impact on lives they were ordained to protect. So where do we find our Peace? It comes from God's promise of heavenly rewards for those who lovingly serve their brothers and sisters. And With these thoughts, we commend our beloved Responders to our Father in Heaven and into the waiting arms of our Lord Jesus Christ with the hope of seeing them in eternity. |

This candle of "blue" burns forever bright in memory of the responders who believed, to the point of laying down their life, that the preservation of peace and safety of their - and our - loved ones was a worthy sacrifice. Our hope looks toward eternity, when Jesus opens the book of life, that ours, along with our fallen loved ones will be recorded therein. Thus, parting is only for a moment in time and then - ETERNITY with those who have gone before us and are at home with our sweet Lord. We light the Peace Officer & First Responder Prayer Partner Candle as a Memorial for the peace officers, agents, military, firefighters, emergency medical, and all first responders who have laid down their lives for the preservation of peace and the future safety of their communities and country. |

In the HEART of the UNIVERSE, tis there my God I'll meet.
I'll be at rest! For there I'll know, my life is now complete. Dear Ones I love, Please share my calm; my spirit lives in peace And waits alongside my dear Lord, till time he orders, "CEASE!" His message is the same as when I walked the earthly plain. The angels sing it joyfully, and PRAISE His loving name. Sparkling waters flow beside me - crystal clear and full of life. My spirit soars so very high, forever FREE from strife. Bless you, my loves, for all the days you filled with memories sweet. Continue on to sing His song until the day we meet. For the beauty of His city is far more than I was told, And the sunshine of His spirit walks with me on streets of gold. So be patient do His bidding -- and remember I still care!
