On October 1, 2011 Basehor-Linwood Project Grad will be hosting a BENEFIT CAR SHOW as part of our fundraising efforts for the 2012 drug & alcohol-free post-graduation party for graduating high school seniors. Over 400 vehicles entered previous shows. By donating, your business can be directly exposed to over 400 vehicle entries as well as over 1000 automotive enthusiast spectators.

We have several levels of donations that can be made. All are much appreciated.

SPONSORSHIP – You can donate via check or cash. You are essentially “sponsoring” a trophy to be given away to car show winners. Sponsorship is further divided into 4 levels:
* PLATINUM - $250 DONATION
* Name listed on Multiple Trophies, including one of the “Special” Awards 
* Sponsor Commemorative Appreciation Wall Plaque
* Name announced periodically during Show and during Awards Ceremony
* Name displayed on 4’ x 8’ Sponsor Board

* GOLD - $100 DONATION
* Name listed on Multiple Trophies
* Name announced periodically during Show and during Awards Ceremony

Door Prizes – Drawings are held throughout the day, with each of the car show entries receiving a donated prize. Items can be as simple as caps & t-shirts, tools, gift certificates, etc, or as elaborate as ticket packages, lodging, or higher value merchandise. A great place to donate obsolete and overstock items!

Goodie Bags – Each of the 1st 250 vehicle entries receives a “goodie bag”, containing literature, catalogs, food coupons and other small items promoting YOUR business. The goodie bags are a small token of appreciation for people bringing their vehicles out, and unique trinkets, coupon offers, or reading material is greatly appreciated! We ask that you submit 250 similar or identical items if possible. Smaller quantities are still gladly accepted, but obviously, will not reach ALL participants. Promote yourself!
