  • Successfully directed the reengineering conversion initiative from a mainframe legacy financial system to the PeopleSoft client/server technology involving complex upgrades and initial desktop deployment to 440 sites and 3700 nationwide end users.
  • Selected as Project Team Lead for the finance upgrade conversion from PeopleSoft 6.11 to release 7.52. Logic customizations substantially reduced the user outage window from 14 days to 3 days and earned achievement of planned application and architectural performance gains.
  • Facilitated compliance with Ernst & Young / Sprint Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
  • Diligently trained, developed, and scheduled 20 cross-functional teams through project milestones and deliverables by emphasizing the careful identification and assessment of risk factors and project limitations.
