MCA Book

The MCA (Mustang Club of America) has introduced new rules for the Modified Class for 2004. Included in those new rules is a provision for Modified cars to present a "Modification Book" for the judges to use: 

6. All Modified class entries must provide a minimum of one 8 ½" x 11" sheet listing all visible modifications to their car. At the owner’s option, up to a 1" spine, three ring binder may be used to list modifications.

It is suggested to use the following format:

Section 1:     Decoded VIN and Build (Buck) Tag

Section 2:     Exterior Modifications

                            A. Body and Sheet metal

                                B. Paint and Finish

                                C. Wheels and Tires

Section 3:    Engine Modifications

                                A. Engine Systems

                                B. Firewall, Inner Fender and Underside of Hood

                                C. Electrical System

                                D. Cooling System

Section 4:        Interior Modifications

                                A. Door, Panel, Jamb and Sill

                                B. Seating System

                                C. Instrument and Control

Section 5:        Trunk/Hatch Modifications

                                A. Paint and Finish

                                B. Flooring and Interior

Section 6:         Undercarriage Modifications

                                A. Front Suspension

                                B. Rear Suspension

                                C. Exhaust System

                                D. Drive Train System

                                E. Brake System
