	Life began getting really busy this time of year.  Susan and Colleen came for a visit over Labor Day weekend.  Colleen got to meet Max, a baby Pug.  Even though the dog looks like it needs a cigar to complete the look, that little doggie is all love and sweetness!  Susan gave Michael and Janet early birthday presents, which included a nice Celtic necklace, a wonderful box of dominoes, and some of the most decadent chocolate cake I've had all year!  We then took a trip to Wichita to spend some time with my family, and Colleen loved having a playmate in Lindsay.  The two were like two peas in a pod!

This was in Wichita during Labor Day weekend.  We went to the Nature Center, and the Red Tailed Falcon was more interested in watching than being watched.  To the right, we have the whole gang (minus moi) posing by the Nature Center sign.
